Behaviour
In order for children to develop freely in play and learning, at their own pace without fear of harm or being hindered, we ensure children know what is expected of them. This is done through routines, activities and involving them in discussions.
It is important that children, parents and staff know what is acceptable and what is unacceptable behaviour, we believe in taking an approach which is consistent and that children learn through association, so setting a good example is crucial to a child’s development.
