At Smarties we accept that a health and safety policy is essential to prevent accidents and provide and maintain safe and healthy conditions for children, staff and parents.
It is our duty to ensure children are safe at all times as children are unaware of the risks in most activities and trust us as carers to keep them from harm.
At the same time we understand the importance of providing children with challenges and that it is essential for their development that they are exposed to some risk in order to be aware and learn from these risks.
